Technical specifications of polypropylene fibers
Polypropylene fibers,also known as polypropylene short fibers,concrete crack resistant fibers,PP crack resistant fibers,Dura fibers,and synthetic fibers.
Polypropylene fibers can effectively improve the crack resistance,impermeability, impact wear resistance,frost resistance,blast resistance,and workability of mortar/con- crete,preventing shrinkage cracks in mortar/concrete;Improve the denaturation and toughness of concrete.Tens of millions of fibers are evenly distributed in mortar/con- crete,playing a good role in micro reinforcement,which maintains the integrity of the structure,avoids scattering into many fragments when the structure is damaged by impact,prevents corrosion of steel bars in the structure,greatly extends the service life of the project,and reduces maintenance costs.

Construction suggestions
1.For ordinary plastering mortar,it is recommended to add 0.9-1.2kg of mortar per square meter.Generally,1kg/m³
2.Itis recommended to add 1-3 kg of insulation mortar per ton
3.The recommended concrete dosage for each cubic meter is 0.6-1.8kg,usually 0.9kg/m³
