electronics,textiles,military,aviation,polymer materials,environmental protection,etc. Stainless steel fiber is a newly developed industrial material in recent years and an important field of modern science.Stainless steel fibers generally referto stainless steel made of French silver foil 316L steel as the substrate,which is assembled through composite assembly,multiple  bundle drawing,annealing,solution treatment and other special  pro-cesses,with thousands or tens of thousands of fibers per strand.Stainless steel fibers have a very large surface area,which gives them extraordinary performance in terms of internal structure,magnetism,thermal  resistance,and  melting  point.The  diameter of stainless steel fiber can reach1-2 microns,with an elongation rate greater than 1%.The fiber strength can  reach 1200-1800MPA,even exceeding the tensile strength of the material itself.
