Polypropylene mesh fiber is a type of fiber made by special processing and treat-ment of polypropylene particles as raw materials,interweaving bundles into a mesh.After being added to the concrete base material and mixed,a fiber monofilament or mesh structure is fully opened,forming a disorderly support system inside the concrete. It can effectively control the early plastic shrinkage and settlement cracks of concrete     and  cement  mortar.Greatly  improving  the  impermeability,crushing  resistance,and impact resistance of concrete,enhancing its toughness and wear resistance,thereby greatly extending the service life of buildings and greatly reducing engineering mainte- nance costs.

【Length Selection 】:Ordinary concrete is generally selected as 19mm,with a typical dosage of 0.9kg/m.The waterproof layer ofthe bridge deck has a dosage of 0.9-1.8kg/m³,and the sprayed concrete for tunnels has a dosage of0.9-1.8kg/m³ .
【Mixing process】:First,add crushed stone,then add fibers,and then addsand to mix for 2 minutes to fully open the fibers.Then,add cement and water and mix evenly according to the conventional process.
