Technical specifications of polypropylene fibers

Polypropylene bundle twisted fibers,also known as polypropylene threaded fibers,are made from polypropylene as the raw material andprocessed through special paralleldrawing and twisted forming processes and surface treatment.It has the advantages of high fracture strength,good dispersibility in concrete,and strong gripping force,and is used for enhancingthe crack resistance of cement concrete.

Instructions for Use

1.Dosage:When the crack resistance level is required to be high,it is recommended to add no less than 3 kilograms per cubic meter of concrete (volume ratio of 0.3kg/).Generally,for crack prevention reinforcement,1.2 kilograms of twisted fibers can be used.
2.Mixing process:First,add crushed stone and fibers,then addsand and mix for 2 minutes to fully open the fibers,and then add cement and water for regular mixing.Construction can also be carried out in the order of conventional process inputs,but the mixing time should not be less than 4 minutes. To fully disperse and evenly mix the fibers.
